Drop-off or pick-up

In the past, you could stop right outside the terminal for a few minutes if you were just dropping someone off or picking them up. This zone, known as “kiss & fly”, no longer exists — and that is worth being aware of. Even if you have managed it that way before, it is simply no longer possible.

The terminal car park is still available, however. From there it is a short walk to and from your car. The car park is open 24 hours a day and has over 20,000 parking spaces. You therefore need not worry about not finding a spot when you want to give your loved ones a long-awaited hug in the arrivals hall.

When you are travelling yourself

If you are travelling yourself and want to park at Gardermoen, there are in theory no restrictions — but the maximum standard at most providers is between 3 and 4 weeks.
