- Go to the front page of www.dalenparkering.no
- Select your departure and arrival dates and click the green button “Book parking”
- Enter your name, email, number of travellers, registration number and car colour.
- Enter your departure and arrival information.
- Tick any additional services such as washing, car care or heated car.
- Click “Send booking”.
All fields marked with * must be completed.
Car washing, polishing and heating can be booked. During peak season, we cannot guarantee availability for all who request these services. Read more about car care here.
Booking is not required, but if we are fully booked we will only accept customers who have pre-booked (this is especially relevant in July). Check-in will also go much faster if as many as possible have booked in advance.
If you have noticed an error in your booking, you can correct this by sending us an email or an SMS. Remember to include the registration number of the car the booking is saved under.
We have our own buses running 24 hours a day, all year round. The journey takes approximately 5 minutes each way, and we have no other stops than the parking facility and the terminal. During busy periods, we recommend all customers to be with us no later than 30 minutes before you need to be at the terminal.
Our phone number is 63 97 82 45, press 1 to reach the driver. For other enquiries, bookings etc., we prefer to be contacted by email, as it can get busy at times. Customers at the reception are prioritised over phone calls.
- Park the car somewhere it is not blocking our buses.
- Place all luggage by the reception, and passengers leave the car.
- Park in row 3 to 12.
- As the driver, remember which row you park in, the car’s registration number and the last three digits of the mileage.
- Go to the reception for registration and payment, and to hand in your car keys.
- Once you have paid, you can load your luggage into the trailer of the minibus or large bus if one is in use.
Payment by card only.
To receive the partner rate, you must use one of our partner companies. You will need to show a ticket from Startour, Lilleput etc. before paying when you drop off your car. The partner rate is not achieved simply by booking in advance. You can find the price overview here.
