All our customers get a free ride with a shuttle bus to the airport after parking is completed and returned home upon arrival.
Arrival at Gardermoen
When you get home from your travels, and have received your luggage, you can call our pickup phone at +47 63 97 82 45 and we will pick you up as soon as we can. This gives you the time to walk up to the departure hall where you will be picked up.
We will pick you up at the departure hall, the same place we dropped you off and take you directly to your car – just as quick and effective as when we drove you to the airport.
The transport only leaves from the departure hall, the same place you were dropped off at. From here the shuttle bus from the airport terminal at Gardermoen returns to Dalen Parking just as quickly and efficiently as on the day you arrived.
Step by step – in short
1) Booking
- Click “Book parking” on our homepage.
- Select departure and arrival date.
- Enter name, email address, number of people traveling, registration plate number and the color of yourcar.
- Enter any additional departure and arrival information.
- Check off any additional services, such as car washing, car service or pre-heating.
- Click “Send order”.
2) Order online or drop-in
Parking can be booked online or at drop-in.
If the car park is full, those who have a reservation will be prioritized.
3) Error while booking
If you find a mistake with your booking, you can correct it by sending us an email or text on +47 90 87 86 86. NB! It is important that you include the registration plate number when reporting any issues.
4) Arrival on departure day
Upon arriving at Dalen Parking, your car will be parked and emptied. Your luggage and private belongings will be placed at the reception. The driver of the car will register its arrival and complete payment. NB! Payment can only be made by card. Our drivers will then pick up your car and park it in the enclosed parking lot.
5) Transport to the terminal
After registration, all travelers will be transported to the terminal by our shuttle buses.
Transport is included in the price.

6) Arrival at Gardermoen
On arrival at Gardermoen, travelers are asked to collect all luggage before contacting our drivers.
When all luggage is collected you call +47 63 97 82 45 and go up to the departure hall.
You are picked up at the same place you were dropped off on departure day, at the departure hall.
7) Arrival at Dalen Parking
After you have been safely transported from Gardermoen to Dalen Parking and dropped off, our drivers will pick up your car.
