As a customer of Dalen Parkering, it is important that you read through and are familiar with our terms and conditions. These terms apply to the purchase of Dalen Parkering’s services.
- Dalen Parkering is partially fenced and monitored around the clock.
- All parking is at the customer’s own risk.
- Valuables must not be left in the car. Dalen Parkering is not responsible for damage or theft in vehicles. In the event of damage or theft, the car’s own insurance applies. This also applies to windows.
- The car’s mileage must be noted down or photographed to avoid misunderstandings when the car is moved.
- The car must be registered and insured by the car owner. In the event of an accident in connection with moving or heating the car, the car’s own insurance applies. For complaints, use the dedicated form at the reception.
- All types of complaints must be presented at the guard post BEFORE the car leaves the car park.
- All cars are moved to a separate enclosed area where only our guards have access.
- EV charging: the car is charged during the final 24 hours before your return. We use the car’s own charging cable, which should be left easily accessible.
